Please review My Next Wish From Apple
3 pounds, check.
13″ screen, check.
LED backlight and option flash drive, check.
NO REMOVABLE BATTERY!!! WTF?!?

Damn, I guess I wasn’t specific enough in my wish list.

Hopefully Apple will see the tsunami of customer feedback on this and add a removable power pack.

They should work on making their head removable from their ass over things like this while they are at it.

    According to this Slashdot article (http://apple.slashdot.org/apple/08/01/19/1412223.shtml), the battery is quite easy to replace.

    Yeah, I saw that…although I’d never want to attempt such a thing in the middle of a plane flight (where most of my battery changes occur ;).

    I think I’m getting over this, but I’m waiting for field reports to see if 5 hours really is accurate…
